  Excellent, professional service. I can't use my left arm so I need an automatic with modified indicators. I'm not keen on automatics so I want to be really sure of what I will get before I shell out. Matt spent a long time with me and took me out twice in an automatic with him driving and me asking him to drive it in a way that I could assess the transmission. In the time I spent he focused on my issues and didn't try to sell me the car. I did order one. About a week later I discovered that there was going to be a problem getting the indicator switch modified on that model. I called Matt for help, and he found me an firm that could do the job. From the start to delivery the experience was smooth and simple. At no time did I feel pressured and was confident all would be OK. There was no problem delaying my pick up slot due to the adverse weather. I recommend Palmers and Matt. Clive

  Was recommended Palmers Watford by a friend and, having never bought a car from a dealership before, had a really great experience. I dealt with a number of people including Ryan, Matt and Nick and all were really friendly, personable, and clearly explained all my options to me - not overly salesy or intimidating as I was expecting, just generally nice people. I had pretty much made my mind up before I went there, but needed some facts and info and felt like I was in safe hands. There was a tiny dent in the car upon collection but these things happen and it didn’t ruin the experience as the team were fast acting and really professional so I appreciated the honesty. Not to mention the car is an absolute beaut! Thanks team

  I've just become the proud Mummy of a cute, red, shiny Fiat 500! Went out for lunch one day, came back with a car! I had the "Charlie experience". He is a cheeky and ambitious, larger than life character. He has plenty of banter for the ladies, and his tan, sharp haircut and a swagger would not be out of place on the set of Towie. Kept me informed via email and has always been eager to please. Did all the cosmetic bits that I wanted to finish the car off before sale too. Very confident young sales person. Can't fault the overall Palmers experience #theonlywayischarlie
