Very rude staff member. Trying to returns An item that was not needed and a half coloured bald chap piped up about a 25% handling fee. What BS is this it's a large company and returns should be accepted on items that have not even been used. Even if bought from a different store. Very disappointed. Used Midnight Motors up the road instead, much more friendly and helpful.
