  Horrible!!! Disgusting!!! Ludicrous non-service provided by illiterates. I think Costa staff need to brush up on their customer service manners and just manners. Boorish behaviour goes down well in Bulgaria/Romania/Poland. Customers go in and pay your salaries to be treated with respect not with contempt. Fat manager was out of control. If I could, I'd throw water in her face. Abysmally rude staff. How they got their jobs at Costa is beyond me...appalling. This is the shop opposite shoe cobbler at the far side of the mall, where cinema is being built. I prefer to go to cafe Nero in Watford Harlequin instead.
