  Looks like Boots don't read their reviews - or if they do, they obviously take no action. Tried to call the Waterfields pharmacy today to check if they had an item I needed. Got sent around the automatic answering system five times before I finally got a reply from a lady on the 'general enquiries' line who tried to transfer me to the pharmacy. I'm not sure what magic she pulled, but pharmacy then answered quite promptly. (Guess they've got an internal phone that gets answered and an external line that they ignore or have the bell switched off. ) I've never seen this store busy, so that must be the explanation! Of course - I wasted my time anyway as they didn't have what I wanted in stock anyway! What a shower...... I should have known better and used a small local pharmacy. Fortunately there's still a few of them around.
