  After speaking to boots customer care on the phone & several emails to them about a allergic reaction I had to a product, they suggested I take the product into my local store where I can get a refund or a exchange. I went into this store and the manager who had no compassion what so ever said “ no!” Point blank. He didn’t even want to look at the response from customer care or anything. He then just stormed off. I think you should sack the manager as he has no customer skills what so ever!!! Anyway what goes around comes around.
